The Cincinnati Children’s Alumni Association (CCAA) respects the privacy of all its constituents. We are subject to the Liability Disclaimer, Copyright and Privacy Policy of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center The CCAA will not sell or provide personally identifiable information to outside parties. By the use of this service you volunteer personal information to the CCAA. The information that you provide may be used by the CCAA, Alumni Relations Office, Graduate Medical Education Office and Medical Staff Office in the following ways:

  • For business needs
  • For communication between parties for invitations, notifications, etc.

The information that you provide for the online directory will be available to other alumni unless:

  • You make it confidential/private by choosing not to allow it to be displayed

Use of this data for any other purpose including, but not limited to reproduction and storing in a retrieval system by any means, or using the information for any commercial or political mailings is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to restrict access to specific information, or be removed completely from the CCAA Alumni Directory, you may edit your privacy options in your personal profile at any time. You cannot remove yourself from our database, but you can prevent unwanted communication and your information from appearing on the directory list.

You also may decide to send us personally identifying information, for example, in an electronic mail message containing a question or comment, or by filling out a Web form that provides us this information. We use personally identifying information from email primarily to respond to your requests. We may forward your email to other employees who are better able to answer your questions. We may also use your email to contact you in the future about our programs that may be of interest.

We want to be very clear: We will not obtain personally identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us. Providing such information is strictly voluntary. Except as might be required by law, we do not share any information we receive with any outside parties.

If you sign up for one of our email lists, we will only send you the kinds of information you have requested. We will not share your name or email address with any outside parties.
