Cooking Class

Cincinnati Children's Executive Chef, Damian Esposito, will guide you through the process of making paella and white chocolate raspberry creme brulee.  He will begin with the creme brulee, move to the paella and finish with the final steps of the creme brulee.  It is best to have all ingredients, cookware and utensils ready so you can follow along with the video but you may need to  pause at times.  Please note, the paella is for a serving of 8, you may halve the recipe and make it again another day!
